At The Travels Kit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help!
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
✅ You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
✅ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
✅ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
✅ Refunds are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
❌ Gift cards & digital products
❌ Personal hygiene products (e.g., earplugs, toothbrush covers)
❌ Items purchased on final sale
3. How to Request a Refund or Return
1️⃣ Contact us at contact@thetravelskit.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
3️⃣ Ship the item back to the address provided (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective).
4️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Processing Time
✅ Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.
✅ Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.
5. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’re happy to send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
🔹 Check your bank or payment provider again.
🔹 Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is processed).
